All our deliveries are carried out by specialist couriers with real-time tracking. Each package is insured for the full value of the item.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm (working days) are dispatched the same day.
Each item is carefully packaged in a HAUTANE case with tissue paper, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials.
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item, in accordance with current legislation.
Return conditions:
To initiate a return, contact our customer service via the Contact page. A prepaid return label will be sent to you in case of non-conformity.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receipt and verification of the returned item, using the original payment method.
Each shipment is automatically insured for 100% of the item's value. In case of loss or damage during transport, you will be fully refunded.
